We are proud to announcement the opening of our Sports Enhancement Room.
Our offerings will include:
Batting cage rental, which will allow for baseball or softball
- Golf net rental
- Speed & agility training program called SPARQ by Nike
- Additional group exercise classes / specialty classes
- More space for additional general training
Although this addition will be used for the above programs, we also want to make this room available for all members. Please feel to use this space if you are looking for somewhere to warm up, do additional abdominal work, stretch, etc. Please be aware that use of the batting cage and golf net is at an additional rental fee. See the front desk for further details.
Batting Cage Rental: $25 - 1 hour or $15 - 1/2 hour
Golf Net Rental: $25 - 1 hour or $15 - 1/2 hour

Personal Trainer, Bill Quick:
Bill Quick named "Mr. Illinois" at the State Bodybuilding Competition.
Please join us in congratulating Bill on his success on May 15th, 2010 at the NPC Illinois State Bodybuilding and Figure Championships. In addition to winning the Open Age Overall Championship and being named "Mr. Illinois," Bill also won the following competitions: 50-59 yr old Bodybuilding Class, Overall Masters Championship, Open Age Light Heavyweight Division, and Most Muscular Award. There were 165 competitors, and this is the first time anyone over 50 yrs old has won the Mr. Illinois title.
