Bill is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has 34 years of experience in the fitness arena ranging from weightlifting, body building, martial arts, and athletics. Following the same type of program he recommends to his clients, Bill has competed in the Mr. Illinois State Body Building Championships, placing first in Novice Middle Weight and first in Novice Light-heavyweight. He placed 4th in the Master’s Nationals in 2006 and he was State Champion in the Overall Illinois Masters in 2006. In May 2010, Bill was named “Mr. Illinois” at the NPC Illinois State Bodybuilding and Figure Championships. He was the winner of: Open Age Overall Championships, 50-59 yr old Bodybuilding Class, Overall Masters Championships, Open Age Light Heavyweight Division, and Most Muscular Award. This was the first time anyone over 50 yrs old has won the Mr. Illinois title! His specialties include diet consultation, program design, breaking plateaus, proper technique and motivation. Bill has many success stories from clients of all ages, builds, and physical conditions, proving his success as a personal trainer.

Sadie Wells is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine)certified personal trainer with nearly 10 years experience as a registered dietitian in the fitness industry and has dedicated her career to helping people achieve their fitness goals and living their best life. She holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western Illinois University, along with advanced certifications in Adult Weight Management (American Dietetic Assoc) and a FirstLine Therapy (Metagenics) healthcare practitioner. Additionally, she has also completed advanced training in Kettlebell and TRX Suspension Training.  Sadie’s training philosophy was founded on the belief that a person’s state of well-being begins with their nutrition and our vitality depends on the quality of care we impose on our bodies.  With her unique professional and educational background in nutrition and fitness, she is able to approach your needs from a much more fitness and nutrition minded perspective.  Sadie brings her combined knowledge and experience to address your unique and individual needs, and will also help you develop an effective program and strategy for long-term success. Karin - Personal Trainer

Karin has been personal training since 2005 and is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Assoc.  After having her 2nd chld, she felt as though she was out of shape and wanted to make some lifestyle changes; changes that would have a positive impact on her life.  It was at that moment, that Karin made a committment to personal physical fitness.  Having seen the positive changes a committment to fitness can bring, both physically and mentally, Karin took it one step further and decided to share this committment with others.  Now Karin is committed to personal training, and she encourages you to share her passion and take pride in the results.
If you are willing to make the committment, Karin is willing to assist you in reaching your personal fitness goals.  As your personal trainer, she will deliver a challenging and results driven program specialized for you.  The program will be focused around the areas of weight training, aerobic/cardio exercise, and diet.  You will learn proper weight lifting techniques, along with core strengthening and stretching exercises.  Karin promises to keep you motivated and moving forward, and believe it or not, you’ll have fun getting in shape.  Getting and staying in shape will be something you lived without, to something you can’t live without.

A message from Denise to you

If you’re reading this, it’s because you are trying to find the best fit for a personal trainer for yourself or someone you love. Let me give you a little insight into me.

I’ve been married to my husband, Tom since 2003 and I am proud to be mom to Maxim (6 years old) and Roman (9 years old).

Fitness entered my life 20 years ago as part-time job teaching group exercise in college. At the time, I was a music major and never thought I would switch majors. However, the contagious energy of fitness people and new-found fascination with the physiology of the human body drew me in and I was hooked.

Since then, I’ve encountered many personal ups and downs, but fitness is the one thing that has remained constant. Although my fitness motivation has changed as I’ve grown, today, it is about doing something that I genuinely enjoy, that is kind to myself (and makes me feel AMAZING and balanced!). Most recently, I’ve added coaching the Les Mills Grit® classes to my training and Whoa! They are EXHILERATING!

With experimentation, I have found simple healthy meals and snacks that work for me and my family (most of the time) and I don’t eat ANYTHING I don’t enjoy (honestly). Simplicity works best for me in all I do. I find peace in simplicity and today I feel younger than I did 20 years ago.

Mike is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. With backgrounds in high school, college, and professional sports, a NASM certification, and achieving a degree in Exercise Science from DePaul University, I have personal experience with a wide variety of training programs and philosophies. I understand that no two clients are the same and everyone’s body responds differently to training. I aim to personalize each work out based on my clients’ individual goals and educate them on the purpose of each movement. I feel that every day is an opportunity to learn something new in the world of fitness, no matter how experienced you are. Tressa is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ACE (American Council on Exercise), ExpertRating and studied Nutrition at Benedictine University. She has been personal training for 10 years and spent most of her life in fitness centers since she was 18. Tressa specializes in one-on-one training, group training and sport-specific training for all ages. She realizes that joining a gym, working out and reaching fitness goals can be intimidating. Her goal is to get you in your best shape ever! She will make you feel comfortable, educate you on fitness and nutrition as well as design a program unique to you. She is always up to date on the latest techniques. Tressa has a very large clientele proving her success in the field she loves. She is very passionate about her work. Marla - Personal Trainer Marla – Personal Trainer

Marla Gibson is a certified Personal Trainer through AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) a Group Fitness Instructor through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and has her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Social Work for the Geriatric population. She also holds many other certifications for group fitness classes.

Marla Has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry but has recently decided to go full time into fitness and training. Her passion for health and fitness goes beyond just weight loss. She touches on the emotional and spiritual aspect of healthy living. Marla strives to help others live a healthier lifestyle and is committed to helping you reach your goal whether big or small. She wants to help you understand that being fit and healthy is a life change rather than just a quick fix. Marla competes in figure competitions and in May of 2012 she was given a second place win for her Masters Division.
