Bill - Personal Trainer
Bill is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has 34 years of experience in the fitness arena ranging from weightlifting, body building, martial arts, and athletics. Following the same type of program he recommends to his clients, Bill has competed in the Mr. Illinois State Body Building Championships, placing first in Novice Middle Weight and first in Novice Light-heavyweight. He placed 4th in the Master’s Nationals in 2006 and he was State Champion in the Overall Illinois Masters in 2006.  In May 2010, Bill was named "Mr. Illinois" at the NPC Illinois State Bodybuilding and Figure Championships.  He was the winner of:  Open Age Overall Championships, 50-59 yr old Bodybuilding Class, Overall Masters Championships, Open Age Light Heavyweight Division, and Most Muscular Award.  This was the first time anyone over 50 yrs old has won the Mr. Illinois title!  His specialties include diet consultation, program design, breaking plateaus, proper technique and motivation.  Bill has many success stories from clients of all ages, builds, and physical conditions, proving his success as a personal trainer.

Dawn - Personal Trainer
Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor since 2002.  Dawn realized the difference between real fitness and just working out.  Dawn has a B.A. in Health and is also certified in Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Zumba.  She stays current with her certifications and continues to educate herself in the current knowledge of health, fitness, and exercise.  Dawn has the knowledge to guide a client through what it takes to make fitness a permanent part of one's life.  Whether a client would prefer working out on a one-on-one basis or in one of her group training sessions, Dawn will adjust the workout to fit the personal needs of each individual.  Dawn has been employed as a personal trainer for Body Tech since 2005.

Karin - Personal Trainer
Karin has been training for three years and is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. After having her 2nd child, she was overweight and out of shape. At that moment, she knew it was time to make a lifestyle change. That is when she became committed to personal training, and the rest is history. If you are willing to make the commitment, she is willing to assist you in reaching your goals, by creating an all encompassing program just for you! Your program will cover the essentials: motivation, resistance training, cardiovascular exercising, stretching, nutrition, and scheduling.

Denise - M.S., ACSM Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach
As an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), and NBFE (National Board of Fitness Examiners) certified personal trainer, Denise has helped people of varying fitness levels, capabilities, and ages (7- to 80-year-olds) move towards greater wellness and achieve fitness goals.

She has been personal training since 1998 with the philosophy that fitness cannot be measured in a mirror; rather it is about how our bodies work and feel. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Movement Sciences (University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee) and Bachelor’s Degree from Western Illinois University in Exercise Science.

In addition to personal training, she is also a certified wellness coach. Wellness coaches facilitate change by focusing on a client's needs, values, vision, and goals and help bring out his/her personal best. Her approach is grounded in meeting individuals at their level of readiness and progressing toward their dreams and goals.

Steve - Personal Trainer
Steve began his professional passage into fitness by becoming certified through Moraine Valley Community College in their Health and Fitness Technician Program. Shortly after, he attained his International Science of Sports Assoc. (ISSA) certificate. With four solid years of personal weight training and cardiovascular conditioning, he has learned fitness is not a destination but a lifelong journey. He likes to avoid plateaus and incorporates your lifestyle and, of course, a level of functionality into every workout. Each workout would not be complete without covering a cardio, strength, and flexibility portion, as each area is recorded to be ever-improved upon. Steve specializes in strength training, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, multi-moding, power-lifting, sport specific training, weight gain, weight loss, and helping individuals achieve their goals. He offers nutritional guidelines and bits of supplementation advice. Also, he is CPR / First Aid trained and certified. Getting you there safely and effectively is his number one priority.

Tom -Personal Trainer
With a Bachelor of Science degree and certifications in fitness training and performance nutrition through the ISSA, Tom’s philosophies are rooted from scientifically proven tried and true principles. Not trends or fads. By incorporating those proven principles from strength training, cardio, yoga, stability and flexibility training he strives to provide a customized routine for each individual’s specific fitness goals. Tom has worked with all age ranges, from 12 to 67, and all special needs from general health to fat loss and sports specific training.

He believes that incorporating exercise and proper nutrition into one’s life will increase self-confidence, improve overall health, increase energy levels and provide a more positive outlook on life. His ultimate goal is to provide his clients with the knowledge to empower them to pursue the fitness lifestyle.

Jason - Personal Trainer

Jason is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. He has been a certified trainer for 6 years and has 15+ years of fitness experience. He will assess, educate, motivate, and train you to meet whatever goals you may have for yourself. Jason believes consistency and discipline are crucial to one's success and these two things can be met if you are truly motivated. Mary - Personal Trainer

Mary has certifications through the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association with a passion for kickboxing. After having a baby and struggling with her own weight, she decided to make the commitment to get healthy. Her approach to fitness is simple: commitment, proper nutrition, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise equal success. Each client will be assessed physically to determine their current capabilities and limitations. Goals will be discussed and an individualized program design will be implemented. She will motivate and inspire each client to achieve their goals.

Melissa - Personal Trainer

Melissa rarely misses a day in the gym.  As a trainer, she applies her positive attitude and dedication to fitness to her clients.  She is certified as a personal trainer by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Over the last thirteen years, she has earned certificates in nutritional fundamentals, exercise science, resistance training, partner assisted stretching, CPR, and is currently working towards a certification in yoga.  Melissa is constantly furthering her fitness knowledge by studying the latest exercise and nutritional information and techniques.  Whatever your fitness goals-strength, flexibility, cardio endurance, or weight loss-Melissa has the right program to reach them.  She also specializes in helping clients who have special needs, physical imitations, or eating disorders.
