Geared toward muscle sculpting and toning using bands, dumbbells, bars, etc. This class alternates with the complete cardio step workout to give the ultimate fat-burning, low impact, high intensity workout.
STEP AND SCULPT
A medium to high intensity, low impact workout which includes the use of step benches to burn fat and shape muscles. Last 30 minutes focuses on toning muscles by utilizing hand weights, bands and bars. Knowledge of step terminology is recommended.
INTERVAL STEP
An endurance building step class that combines step with upper and lower body cardio work.
