|Charity Benevelli-Zaczek – ACE personal training, Les Mills BodyPump and BodyAttack ,TRX, PiYo, P90X
My fitness journey began at 9 years old when I went on my first run with my father. After college I had gone into the medical field and after years in the industry, realized that instead of treating people for certain lifestyle diseases, I should be helping prevent them. I retired from the medical field 4 years ago to dive into fitness full time and have never looked back. I teach multiple group fitness classes, train many clients one-on-one, coach hundreds of people to live a healthier and happier lifestyle, I am an instructor for World Instructor Training School (W.I.T.S) for those that want to get certified as a personal trainer, and my most important role, a mom to an 18 year old boy and a newborn baby girl. Everyone is an athlete; it’s my job to bring it out of them and teach a healthier lifestyle so they can function daily at their full potential.

Have fun while you are working out. Keep it positive and exciting. It helps get you through some grueling workouts. 2. Mind over matter every time. If you believe you can do it you will. 3. You only get one body in life…..Take care of it! Looking forward to meeting you and helping you all through your fitness journeys.

Fitness Motto: “Growth is a choice. BE wiling to put yourself through anything; temporary pain or discomfort means nothing as long as you can see the experience will take you to a new level. Be interested in the unknown, and the only path to the unknown is through breaking barriers, an often painful process.”

Hi, my name is Colleen Bruns. I have been exercising for the last 35 years!
During those years, I have participated in various fitness and exercise programs. Not only have I been active, but I’ve meet a lot of people with different fitness goals.
Barre was new to me about 3 years ago. I wanted a fitness program that was unique, and different from what I was doing and focused on my core and lower body strength.. Barre class filled those requirements and I saw overall toning definition in my body.
As a fitness instructor, I want to use my new and past workout experiences to help you progress along your fitness journey.
When I’m not exercising, my life is fulfilled with my family, my husband and 3 boys.
