Kettlebell Strength & Burn

For all fitness and age levels, this 45 minute class uses kettlebells to promote functional strength and muscular endurance.  Classes begin with a dynamic warm up followed by 10-15 minutes of instruction in proper technique of required movements and their progressions to prepare each individual for a 20-30 minute total body workout.  Each class offers a unique combo of strength exercises and kettlebell movements for a fun, low impact workout that challenges your strength and burns calories!
