BodyTech Total Fitness ClassesBody Tech Total Fitness offers a wide range of classes including: Step Aerobics, Cycling, Power Pump, Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Active Older Adults, and Zumba. We also offer mind-body offerings like Yoga Hot Yoga, and Pilates. See our class descriptions for detailed information on all of our classes.

Our classes are great for the most physically fit member as well as the novices. A friendly atmosphere with a personal approach is our pledge to you.

All group classes are taught by nationally certified instructors who are real motivators and educators.
